G2 Analytics captures relevant operational data from SpeechReport and features two components: a dashboard and customised reports. It provides objective insight information to support an organisation with:

Dashboard

The system’s modern dashboard shows real-time key statistics on the reporting process such as backlogs, turnaround times and employee performance. The interactive dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Staff performance and output can be monitored and costs more easily managed. The graphical interface identifies bottlenecks to act upon. Efficiency can be increased.

Customised reporting

Customised reporting allows an organisation to look into data in specific details. Our solution allows the creation of customised overviews of document flows based on relevant variables. Information is updated automatically, and reports can be managed at departmental level without the need for IT support.

Clinical data

Clinical reports are rich with data of great value that can help with detecting health patterns and trends. These patterns and trends in turn help formulate decisions on specific therapy, treatments and medications. It is therefore of vital importance that these large sets of data are made
available.

Structured Reporting

When using our Structured Reporting module, clinical patient information is captured into templates using speech recognition. The gathered information includes variables such as physical condition, diagnosis, medication, treatment as well as clinical codes such as SNOMED CT and ICD-10.

Structured reporting templates are intelligent and adapt to the information that is completed by the clinicians. The templates guide clinicians through their reports ensuring information is quantifiable and complete. This helps significantly with the Transfer of Care – ensuring clear, concise communication with other care providers. Furthermore, the module provides an easy way of adhering to national guidelines and department protocols.

Data is automatically stored in a data cube and can be accessed using MS Excel. Data can be pre-filtered or used to create bespoke reports. The data can be exported to an organisation’s own visualisation tools or statistical software. Reports are always anonymised to protect patient identity.
