Just over a year ago, we opened a new regional office based in the North West of Ireland. Located in the recently constructed Catalyst Inc building at the former Fort George site adjacent to the River Foyle in Derry/Londonderry. With fantastic views of the river, and close to the city centre, the location is perfectly connected, and in beautiful surroundings.
The motivation behind opening the office was to better serve our customers based in the North of the country, with a local based workforce who have the necessary skills and experience to implement our solutions. Also, to provide a hub for our support team to assist our customers as and when needed – making sure they get the most out of our solutions and maximising the benefits to patient care.
Within the office here at Derry, you will find members of the Application Support and Project Management Team.
Since opening the office, we have successfully migrated several customers in the region to our latest enterprise solution (SpeechReport) and are busy implementing further migrations in both NI and ROI.
Building upon the upgrades, we have been showcasing our abilities in mobile working, structured reporting, and making use of the data produced through creation of reports, to advance patient care even further.
G2 Speech’s continued view that providing regional presence to our customers has proven successful and enabled us to work in partnership and on a more collaborative basis.
The Derry office is the most recent addition, complimenting established offices in Cork, London, Leeds, Nuenen and Leuven/Louvain.
