Members of the UK and Irish Team recently took part in the Hard as Oak challenge over in Faughan Valley, Ireland. The course is said to be Ireland’s toughest 10km challenge! The obstacle race was bigger, better and harder than ever before and included Mud Mounds, Jean Lyons Jump, Windbush Walk, Criss Cross, Walled City and Trench Foot, to name a few.
Chris English, Mike Cairns and Charley Marley all took part in the challenge, sporting their G2 Speech shirts, on Saturday 23 June in Derry/Londonderry.
